". . . to give prudence to the simple, knowledge and discretion to the youth . . ." Proverbs 1:4

For junior high and high school-aged students, Arlington Baptist Church facilitates a time to explore, develop, and own their faith. Students are led deep into the gospel story to find a hidden treasure more precious than gold (Proverbs 2:1–5; Psalms 19:10; Matthew 13:44). It is our hope to provide gospel-centered teaching and resources, grounded in the Word, that will challenge and equip young disciples for a joyful life of service and worship (John 15:8–17). All of this is done alongside the students’ parents and in an effort to support discipleship in the home.

An important part of our partnering with parents is coming alongside them to help them think about the challenges of parenting teens.  To that end, we want to help parents by providing:

  • Occasional parenting seminars taught by our elders.
  • Resources that help equip parents with a biblical perspective.
  • Counseling, practical guidance, and encouragement to persevere in the great calling of being a parent.

Students meet from 9:30–10:15am on Sundays and have occasional meetings during weeknights.
